7 Elements Personal–Adapted Balance Assessment
This assessment uses three hidden scoring layers: your natural personal expression, your inner state pattern, and your work / adapted expression. Dimension names are intentionally revealed only in the final report.
Rate each statement based on your natural self across life, not only at work.
Rate each statement based on your inner pattern in personal life.
Rate each statement based on your behavior at work during the last six to twelve months.
These items help indicate whether the responses seem natural and consistent enough to interpret the results with confidence.

Behavior Quality explains whether an element is showing up in a healthy, strained, underused, overused, or mixed way. It is different from Behavior Presence.
| State | Meaning | Simple reading |
|---|---|---|
| Deficient | The pattern is underused, weakly supported, or strained. | This element may be showing up too little or without enough support. |
| Balanced | The pattern is present in a healthy, regulated, workable form. | This element is showing up in a useful and steady way. |
| Excessive | The pattern is overused, intensified, or pushed beyond balance. | This element may be showing up too strongly or too forcefully. |
| Mixed | Both underuse and overuse are active in the same element. | This pattern may swing between too little and too much. |
Behavior Presence tells you how strongly an element is showing up in the profile. It does not tell you by itself whether that pattern is healthy or strained. Behavior Quality tells you whether that same pattern is balanced, deficient, excessive, or mixed.
| Range | Meaning | Simple reading |
|---|---|---|
| 0–24% | Minimal behavior presence | This element is showing very little in behavior or self-description. |
| 25–44% | Low behavior presence | This pattern is present, but not a strong driver. |
| 45–59% | Moderate behavior presence | This element is active at a usable, noticeable level. |
| 60–74% | Strong behavior presence | This pattern is one of the person’s clearer tendencies. |
| 75–100% | Very strong behavior presence | This element is highly prominent and likely shapes identity or leadership style. |
Each tree label shows current work-state text plus natural and work behavior presence percentages.
This table shows natural and work behavior presence, quality, core beliefs, work adaptation gap, and work adaptation load for each element.
